Ashley Marchegiano, CFO
Ashley Marchegiano is one of the Co-Founders of NikAllen Real Estate, named after her late brother, Nicholas Allen.
Fueled by 7 years of accounting, property management, and a lot of coffee (and wine), Her journey took her from
New York to Cincinnati, where she helped her husband start a Real Estate company. A few years later sprinting
back to New York to launch her own business.
Off the clock, she’s the world’s best aunt, Her Dog Louie’s personal assistant (the self-proclaimed CEO), and a wine
enthusiast in training. She also makes time for church, and is constantly plotting her next warm-weather getaway.
Brandon brings a dedicated and hardworking attitude to the NiKallen team. Specializing in leasing and managing the firm's inspection department, Brandon is known for his reliability and “grinder” mentality, always going above and beyond for clients.
Outside of real estate, Brandon is an unprecedented fan of the Boston Celtics, often drawing inspiration from their teamwork and determination. With a passion for both his work and his team, He is quickly establishing himself as a valuable asset at NiKallen Real Estate.
Louie may have only two years of “real estate experience,” but his skills in boosting office morale are unmatched. As the unofficial heartbeat of NiKallen Real Estate, Louie brings joy, energy, and a lot of tail wags to the team. When he’s not playing fetch or eagerly awaiting his next treat, you can find him "working" on his lunch-begging skills.
