Our Story
We started where most people finish,
on the job site.
Nikallen Real Estate was founded on a simple idea: that the best real estate firm isn’t one that just sells property, it’s one that truly understands it. That understanding only comes from experience, and experience is something we have in depth.
Our founder didn’t start behind a desk. He started with a tool belt. After years as a contractor, he developed an eye for what makes a property worth buying, what it costs to fix, and what it takes to manage long-term. That foundation led to co-founding a property management firm in 2014, one that grew to handle everything from inner-city residential units to large commercial shopping centers across the Rochester area.

In 2022, Nikallen Real Estate was established as a full-service independent brokerage and property management company, bringing together years of operational expertise under one roof. Today, we manage investment portfolios, guide first-time buyers, support agents growing their careers under our firm, and continue expanding into the commercial property management space where our experience runs deepest.
We hold a broker’s license, a sales license, and the hard-won knowledge that only comes from 15 years of actually doing the work.
